This website located at MediumReadings.com, referred to as the “Site”, is provided by Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium; “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the business. The person accessing this Site is referred to as (“you,” “your”).

1. You Agree to These Terms by Using This Site
Your access to, and use of, this Site is subject to the following Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, Conditions and Policies.

Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium or said business’ agents may, at any time and without notice, modify these Terms of Use by revising them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use. You cannot modify these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use can only be modified in writing, signed by an authorized manager or other authorized agent of the business Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, you must stop your use and exit the site immediately.

Termination
Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, United States.

Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access MediumReadings.com immediately.

2. Permitted Use of the Site; Termination
The information and materials on this Site are provided for general informational purposes. You may use this site solely for the purpose of learning about and/or purchasing Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium’s services, lessons and/or products. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute the text, art or any other content on this Site for any other purpose. This site is not directed at children and you may not use this site if you are under the age of eighteen.

3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savina Francisco and all agents of the business Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your membership (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your Internet account. You are responsible for protecting and not disclosing your username and password to others.

4. Limitations of Liability
Your use of this site is at your own risk. Neither Savina Francisco, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the site or its content, are liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this site whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of any such damages. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Use Of Site and Services

This website and the services provided by Savina Francisco, DBA Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium, are for entertainment purposes only.

Payment
The Site and The Shop both accept payment through Paypal. Services will be rendered, downloadable items may be accessed and/or physical products will be shipped when payment has been cleared.

Payment

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR READING. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR READING, YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE FORFEIT AND WILL BE OFFERED TO ANOTHER CLIENT WITHOUT NOTICE. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR PAYMENT IN TIME, PLEASE TEXT SAVINA’S OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW SO THAT THEY CAN HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR YOU.

Upon purchase of a reading, you should receive a confirmation email immediately from PayPal.

2. We do not accept checks, e-checks or cash. We only accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

3. Please do not pay for a reading unless you have scheduled an appointment with Savina’s office.

4. If more than 3 appointments are canceled without a phone call within a 3 month period, the client will be required to pay for an appointment at the time of booking.

5. If the name on the credit/debit card you’re using for payment is anything different from the name you’re booking your appointment under (the name of your business, your full name, the name of a friend/family member paying for your reading, etc.), please email our office to let us know, otherwise we have no way of confirming your payment, which could potentially cause your appointment to be forfeit.

6. Any paid-for reading cancelled 2 or more hours before your reading time is entitled to a refund at the client’s request. If less than 2 hours notice is given before a cancellation, the client is entitled to reschedule, but no refund may be given. Our office must be notified by the client within 10 days of the original appointment date to reschedule as Savina’s availability permits or the payment will be forfeit. Any rescheduled appointment that has been paid for must be rescheduled for within the same month as the original appointment, unless Savina’s schedule doesn’t allow for it.

Gift Readings

We will be happy to hold a payment for a gift reading upon request, simply leave me the information in the note on the seller check out. All paid readings, including gift readings, must be used within the calendar year in which they were purchased; if the reading is not used, the payment will be forfeit without exception.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the reading for any reason, you have 15 minutes* to let Savina know before you will be charged. If you stop the reading after the 15 minutes, the charge will stand. There is NO reason to feel awkward about letting a reader know that you’re not feeling connected to them – that’s why you’re there! An easy way to stop the reading is simply to say “I have to be honest, I’m not really feeling connected here,” in which case the reader should (and Savina will) stop the reading immediately, no questions asked and you will be refunded immediately. If, however, you don’t stop the reading by the time 15 minutes is up, the charge will stand. We do not offer refunds at any point after your reading has ended.

*Please note: clients with 15-minute readings have 7 minutes to stop the reading.*

Savina Francisco or an authorized agent of Savina Thompson, Psychic Medium may, at any time and without notice, modify and update this Privacy Policy by revising it on the Site. If I make any material changes I will notify you by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Privacy Policy.

The information I Collect About You

MediumReadings.com requests and collects personal information from our clients to deliver the products and services you request and to help improve your shopping experience. The types of personal information we may collect from you can vary according to the method through which it was attained.

Information You Provide to Me

I receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us, such as:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Shipping address
Username and password for your MediumReadings.com/Shop account;

A record of your MediumReadings.com orders & purchase history, and shopping behavior and preferences. Other details that you may submit to me.

Billing information and payment details (such as billing address, credit card details, and other sensitive financial information) are collected and stored by my payment gateway (PayPal) specifically for the purpose of completing your transaction. Some information, such as your login details may be collected and stored by my website for the purpose of completing your transaction.

You may also provide personal information about other people, such as their name and email address. When you purchase a Gift Certificate for a friend, we will use their name and email address to send them a one-time email. This information is only used for the sole purpose of completing your request. We do not share either your email information or your friend’s email information.

When you communicate with my office regarding scheduling an appointment, if that appointment is completed, the information you submitted via the website will be collected and stored in a client contact list for the purpose of sending you notices about upcoming specials, changes in location, upcoming events, contact information and website changes, and other information pertinent to current and former clients. By sending a contact or appointment scheduling request through this website, you are consenting to have this website store your submitted information so that we can respond to your inquiry and send you pertinent information. By signing up for our mailing list via this website, you are consenting to have this website store your information so that we can send you a monthly newsletter and other marketing materials.

Information Collected Automatically

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include, for example, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
