POLICIES:

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST.  THE APPOINTMENT TIME YOU ARE GIVEN WILL BE IN (PST): PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (aka “CALIFORNIA TIME”).

Q: Does Savina offer mixed readings, such as half Medium reading and half Psychic reading?

A: Savina does not currently blend readings; you must decide whether you’d like the reading to be a Medium reading, a Psychic reading or one of the other types of readings she offers. Occasionally loved ones will come through, even during a psychic reading, for a brief “hello,” which Savina will communicate to you, but this doesn’t always happen, so if you’re hoping to speak with a loved one who’s passed, it’s best to schedule a Medium reading.

Q: What is the difference between a Psychic reading and a Medium reading?

A: A Psychic reading can encompass questions about every area of your life, including relationships, job, health, what’s to come, events that have taken place in your life, medical intuitive readings, your life path, how to handle upcoming or current situations, and more.  A Medium reading is when the Medium speaks with your loved ones who have passed away from the physical world.

Q: I think Savina would be able to connect with me better in person. Will my information still be accurate over the phone?

A: There’s absolutely no difference in accuracy between a phone reading and an in person reading. In fact, Savina has always preferred phone readings for several reasons:

1. The client tends to be more relaxed in his/her own environment. Having a reading should bring you clarity and, hopefully, peace. However, rushing from work/school to make it to your in person appointment creates a level of stress that first has to be worked through before a strong connection can be established. And, no matter how familiar you are with a reader, stepping into his/her space can also prevent you from being completely relaxed. Chances are, if you’re having a reading, you’re already concerned about something, so keeping your comfort level balanced can be of great benefit in ensuring a great reading. With a phone reading, you’re in your own familiar environment, which helps to relax you, allowing Savina to use much less effort and energy to establish a strong connection with you.

2. There aren’t any visual distractions for Savina. In addition, those who are concerned that readers only read subtle physical cues rather than getting valid information through energy can rest assured that Savina won’t have any, which not only creates a deeper trust for the client, but also protects the integrity of the reading.

The amount and validity of information that comes through in a phone reading is exactly the same as that in an in person reading. A skilled reader is reading your energy, not your body language, physical cues, etc., so it doesn’t matter if you’re sitting right across from each other or if you’re across the world from each other. Savina often says that, if you think about the fact that she’s able to tell you what your loved ones/friends/boss/mate think and feel, and even their personality traits, even though they’re not sitting in the same room with her, it will help you to see that what appears to be physical distance to the conscious mind isn’t an obstacle when it comes to accessing accurate energetic information.

Q: Does Savina use tarot cards?

A: For Intuitive Counseling, Animal Communication and Medium readings, as well as Crime/Accident Scene Investigations, Savina doesn’t use any tools, however for standard Psychic readings, Savina will often use tarot and/or faery cards for confirmations and timelines.  Although she does get timelines energetically, Savina does multiple readings within a day and using the cards for confirmations helps to keep her from using too much of her own energy throughout the day & becoming overly tired.

Q: Can I have a friend/mom/boyfriend/girlfriend sit in on my reading with me?

A: For a Medium reading, up to 3 people may be present.  They do not need to be related, but please keep in mind that Savina can’t control who comes through in a Medium reading, so if you bring a friend for your reading, it’s very possible that his/her loved ones will come through.  SAVINA ONLY ALLOWS ONE PERSON TO BE PRESENT IN A PSYCHIC READING – the ONLY exception is for people who need a language translator.  Please note that Savina will not read for children under 18 years of age.

Q:  May I take notes and/or tape record my reading?

A: Absolutely!  Although at this time Savina does not offer a tape of your session, you are more than welcome to bring a tape recorder or notepad along with you.  This is advised for a Medium reading, since there is generally a lot of information relayed and you WILL forget most of it!  In the near future, Savina will be offering a dvd recording of your session (upon request), which will be available for purchase.

Q:  I paid for my reading and missed my appointment.

A: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT, IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEIT TO PAY FOR SAVINA’S TIME. ALSO, IF YOU DO NOT TEXT US AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO LET US KNOW YOU WON’T MAKE IT, IT DOESN’T ALLOW US TO BOOK SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR PLACE.

IN MANY SITUATIONS WHERE AN APPOINTMENT IS MISSED, SAVINA’S OFFICE WILL RESCHEDULE (OR PROVIDE A REFUND IF A NEW APPOINTMENT IS UNAVAILABLE). IF SAVINA’S OFFICE AGREES TO RESCHEDULE AND DOESN’T HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN 10 DAYS, THE PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEIT. RESCHEDULING IS NOT GUARANTEED IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT TEXTING TO LET US KNOW YOU WON’T MAKE IT/NEED TO RESCHEDULE. AND IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT TEXTING BEFOREHAND AND DO A CHARGEBACK, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT IN THE FUTURE AND THE CHARGEBACK WILL BE DISPUTED.

Q: My friend paid for my reading but I haven’t called to schedule yet. How long do I have to reschedule/schedule?

A: If, for any reason we’ve got a phone payment from you and you aren’t able to make your appointment, don’t know when you want to schedule it, etc., we’ll hold onto the payment as a placeholder for an appointment for 10 days before the appointment and payment are forfeit.

Q:  Can I pay by check, cash or e-check?

A: No, we do not, under ANY circumstances accept checks, cash or e-checks; we only accept credit cards, debit cards and direct payment through your PayPal account.  We do NOT accept e-checks sent through a PayPal account.

Q:  Can I call at my appointment time from a blocked or private number?

A: At this time, Savina will be calling clients at the appointed time.  Any changes to this will be announced here and in her newsletter.

Q:  What if I want a refund?

A: In the span of Savina’s career, she has had very few instances where a refund was requested.  Savina prides herself on her integrity and will stop the reading immediately if she is not feeling a connection – even if her client wants to continue.  Her goal is to best help her clients to heal and to grow and, if she’s not able to connect, she’s not able to help.  Lack of connection doesn’t happen often, but, because of the nature of her work in dealing with energy, it does happen occasionally if either Savina or her client is overly tired or if her client is distracted by other things during the reading.

However, if you are unhappy with the reading for any reason, you have 15 minutes* to let Savina know before you will be charged.  If you stop the reading after the 15 minutes, the charge will stand.  There is NO reason to feel awkward about letting a reader know that you’re not feeling connected to them – that’s why you’re there!  An easy way to stop the reading is simply to say “I have to be honest, I’m not really feeling connected here,” in which case the reader should (and Savina will) stop the reading immediately, no questions asked and you will be refunded immediately.  If, however, you don’t stop the reading by the time 15 minutes is up, the charge will stand. We do not offer refunds at any point after your reading has ended.

*Please note: clients with 15-minute readings have 7 minutes to stop the reading.*

PAYMENT POLICIES:

1. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR READING. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR READING, YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE FORFEIT AND WILL BE OFFERED TO ANOTHER CLIENT WITHOUT NOTICE. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR PAYMENT IN TIME, PLEASE CALL SAVINA’S OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW SO THAT THEY CAN HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR YOU.

2. We do not accept checks, e-checks or cash. We only accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

3. Please do not pay for a reading unless you have scheduled an appointment with Savina’s office.

4. If more than 3 appointments are canceled without a phone call within a 3 month period, the client will be required to pay for an appointment at the time of booking.

5. If the name on the credit/debit card you’re using for payment is anything different from the name you’re booking your appointment under (the name of your business, your full name, the name of a friend/family member paying for your reading, etc.), please email our office to let us know, otherwise we have no way of confirming your payment, which could potentially cause your appointment to be forfeit.

6. Any paid-for reading cancelled 2 or more hours before your reading time is entitled to a refund at the client’s request. If less than 2 hours notice is given before a cancellation, the client is entitled to reschedule, but no refund may be given. Our office must be notified by the client within 10 days of the original appointment date to reschedule as Savina’s availability permits or the payment will be forfeit. Any rescheduled appointment that has been paid for must be rescheduled for within the same month as the original appointment, unless Savina’s schedule doesn’t allow for it.
